Perrin Fertha, husband and consort to Senator Mon Mothma of Chandrila, is charming, but superficial, a far cry from his idealistically motivated and conscientious wife. Perrin rather enjoys the trappings of cosmopolitan Coruscant life afforded to him by their station, if not the work required to maintain it. As father of the bride, and official host of Leida Mothma’s traditional Chandrilan wedding ceremony, he is in rather rare form. Despite the festivities, however, he still finds himself jealous and suspicious of his wife’s childhood friend, Tay Kolma.
